Ready to start!

Summer Workout Times

Summer workout times will be as follows below.  There may be changes on these dates and times from time to time and those changes will be communicated as needed.
  • Training will begin Monday, June 4.
  • Unless otherwise stated, practice will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • On Mondays and Wednesdays, we will meet in the main parking lot of McAlpine Park at 6:00 PM and we will end at 7:15 PM.
  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we will meet at the Covenant Day weight room from 5:00 - 6:00 PM.  These days will be focused more on strength and speed for the time we meet together.
  • We will not have team workouts the week of July 4th.

Hello,
I am excited to get started with our summer workouts!  We are going to be a doing a variety of things this summer and I hope that you will all be committed to working hard to get ready as individuals and as a team. 
I will be using this blog to get information out to you concerning training dates and times, as well as for you guys to post workouts when you are out of town and unable to join team workouts.  This blog will also allow us to communicate ideas and suggestions about how to further build and grow the XC program to new heights here at Covenant Day School.  So with that said, please check this site regularly and post regularly so we can get ideas out there.
